We will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.

When becoming a new customer you agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy. The information you provide will be used for the purposes of processing your order, and telling you about any promotions or  new products that may be of interest to you.

At any time, you can opt out of receiving information from us, either by emailing hello@bojones.com, clicking on the unsubscribe link included in all of our emails, or by logging into your online account and choosing not to receive information from Bo Jones.

Communication between Bo Jones and yourself may be by phone (with your consent) and/or e-mail or other electronic means.

Important: By registering with Bo Jones and/or using this website you consent to Bo Jones using your data in this way.

Shopping Online

When purchasing goods online we record your Internet IP address for our records for reference to any fraudulent payment transactions.
 

Cookies

We use session based cookies to help you maintain your shopping basket and any details you submit during your visit. We do not store permanent cookies on your computer, and you will need to login with your registered user name and password each time you wish to purchase goods from the website. This also means yoour credit card details are stored. Once a payment is validated and approved, credit card details are deleted. As a result, you are required to re-enter credit card details each time an order is placed online with us.

Data Quality/Access

Bo Jones's customers with an onlline account, can  modify information previously provided once logged in, though the "my account" section. Customers using the guest checkout facilties cannot.

We take all security issues very seriously. We understand that security is a major concern to some customers and therefore implement security systems that provide security to the latest industry standards.

We are confident that credit card information entered on this site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption: the highest level possible.

As customers enter our checkout process, all browsers go into secure mode. Secure mode is indicated by the appearance of a locked padlock icon at the bottom of the browser screen.

Customer credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once a payment is validated and approved, credit card details are deleted. As a result, customers are required to re-enter credit card details each time an order is placed online with us. Although inconvenient, this ensures maximum security for ordering online at Bo Jones.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Our sales order management system and internal network is protected by the latest proxy technology.
