- All orders are delivered in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. They are not see-through in any way. The only information shown on the parcel is the address label with your delivery details and our return address (which we must provide). The return address shown is Budain Ltd, PO Box 228, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0WW. All of our orders are sent by a recorded insured service, meaning they will not be left on the doorstep/in the back garden, or with a neighbour.

Next Business Day £7.95 - Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt. We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail as our main couriers.
- Tracking Numbers
The Standard service provides a tracking number following despatch of the order.
Both the Royal Mail First Class Recorded and the Overnight service provide tracking numbers, if and/or when the first delivery attempt fails.
- Missed Deliveries
- If your order is coming by Royal Mail, they will leave a card with the local depot details. They will hold the parcel at the depot for 7 days. After 7 days, the parcel is returned to us.
If your order is coming by Parcel Force, they will leave a card with the local depot details. They will hold the parcel for 5 days, after which, it will be returned to us. - Unfortunately we will have to charge to re-despatch parcels.
- Returns & Exchanges
- At Bo Jones we work hard to make sure choosing the right products for you as easy as possible: we include as many good quality pictures and information about the product as possible. There is also a fitting guide available to help you select your perfect size.
However we understand that from time to time your purchase may not be as you imagined and we want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from Bo Jones and if you are unhappy for any reason we'll offer an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please ensure any lingerie or intimate wear is tried on over your own underwear.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult products. For the goods to be returned (assuming they are not faulty) the following terms must be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be returned back within 14 days from receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent this has not been done. We can also not accept returns on hosiery when the pack has been opened. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you. - Refund Policy
- Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days from receipt of your order. We are happy to extend this 14 working days subject to the returned goods meeting the above Returns & Exchanges requirements.
Proof of purchase
You are required to provide proof of purchase. When placing your order, you'll get an order number (on your receipt and also via email), an order confirmation (email) and a delivery note (with your order). These are valid proofs of purchase and we'll refund the original debit, credit or Paypal account used to purchase. If you cannot provide any of acceptable proofs of purchase, we will give you an online voucher to the value of the current selling price of the products.
Delivery charges
We can refund any delivery charges paid where the full order is returned.
We must receive and inspect the goods before issuing your refund. In most instances we are very quick, but please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. - How to Return Products
- The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods,or you use a recorded delivery service or at least get a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the items to you in error or the goods are faulty.

- If your order arrives and the goods are damaged or faulty. Please contact us via the Contact Us page, or email hello@bojones.com. Please tell us in writing your order details, what the fault is, and whether you would a like replacement product or a refund. You'll then need to return the item to us, please see How To Return Products above. On receipt of the item and confirmation it is faulty, we'll refund you the cost of returning the item to us (for which we may request proof), and then issue your refund or replacement product as requested.
