Discreet Packaging
All orders are delivered in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. They are not see-through in any way. The only information shown on the parcel is the address label with your delivery details and our return address (which we must provide). The return address shown is Budain Ltd, PO Box 228, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0WW.  All of our orders are sent by a recorded insured service, meaning they will not be left on the doorstep/in the back garden, or with a neighbour. 
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt (Monday - Fridays). We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail as our main couriers.  Please see Delivery & Returns for more information.
Placing an Order
Once you find an item you'd like to buy, click 'Add to Cart'. At the top of the page, you'll see your 'My Cart', and the number in brackets shows how many items you have in your cart. When you add an item to your cart, you are taken to the cart summary page, from which you can 'Continue Shopping', or 'Proceed to Checkout'.

When you are ready to place your order, either click 'Checkout' at the top, to go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery, or click 'My Cart' to review and change anything on your order. If you make changes, click 'Update Shopping Cart' for the changes to be applied.  On the 'My Cart' page, you can enter a promotional or discount code here if you have one, and click 'Apply Coupon' for it to work, you can also 'Get a Quote' for the delivery costs for your order.  If your order qualifies for any promotional items or discounts, they will be shown here.

When you are happy with your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. At the Checkout, you can either checkout as a guest, or opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. Please note that we never save your payment card details. We'd recommend registering as the only extra information you have to provide, is a password of your choice. The benefits of registering include;
- You can log in and track your order/s.
- Next time you order, it's much quicker, simply enter your email address and password, and all your delivery and billing address/es will be there (but not your card details).
- You can view your historic orders.
- You can opt in and out of receiving information from us (you'll be able to do this from any emails we send you as well).
Please enter your billing address details and delivery address information if it's different. We can only deliver your order to one address.  If you'd like multiple delivery addresses, please enter them as separate orders.

Then select your preferred delivery method. Then decide whether you'd like to pay via Paypal or a credit/debit card, and enter your details. When you're ready to complete your order, click  ’Place Order Now’ and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after we've received it.

Your confirmation email will have the subject line 'Thank you for shopping at Bo Bones'. In the 'What happens next?' section of this email, you'll find information about when your products will be delivered. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, or you have any other questions, then contact us via the Contact Us page, email hello@bojones.com or call us on 01908 632 327.

All products are stocked at, and sent directly from our warehouse, your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Payment Options
We can accept the following payment methods online: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo and Paypal. If you'd like to place an order and make a cheque payment. Please email your order details to hello@bojones.com so we can confirm the total order value and where to send your cheque. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash payments.
Tracking Your Order
To track your orders, you must have registered for an account. Click 'My Account' and log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please request a password reminder. Once logged in, click 'My Account' to see your account 'Dashboard'. This shows your most recent orders. You can see the status of the order;
-  "Processing" means we are working on your order.
-  "Complete" means it has been despatched (please check your emails for one from us).
-  "On Hold" means there is an issue affecting your order and we are contacting you about this.
-  "Closed" means your order was all or partially returned and refunded.
Click 'View Order' to see and/or print your order details.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these products. Unfortunately the orders will be managed as separate orders, so please expect separate deliveries.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us via the Contact Us page, email hello@bojones.com or telephone 01908 632 327. Please include your order number and order date in your communication.

We'll do our best to accommodate your changes but if your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. There are some products which we cannot refund or exchange. Please see Delivery & Returns to find out more.
Your Purchase History
To view your historic orders, you must have registered an account. Click 'My Account' and log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please request a password reminder. Once logged in, click 'My Account' to see your account 'Dashboard'. This shows your most recent orders. Click 'My Orders' to view all your previous orders, and their status. Click 'View Order' to see and/or print your order details.
Changing Your Account Information
Click 'My Account' and log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please request a password reminder. Once logged in, click 'My Account' to see your account 'Dashboard'. Click 'Account Information' to update your name and email address details.Click 'Address Book' and you can update or remove all or any of your billing and delivery address details.
Out of Stocks
We work hard to manage our stocks and try to have everything available as we understand it's frustrating to see that the item you want to buy is out of stock. We continue to show you items even when they are out of stock as we think you'd want to know that we normally offer this product. The "Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock" feature (found on the product page when it's out of stock) lets you leave your email address with us and when the item becomes available, we drop you an email letting you know.

Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These are the terms and conditions of sale of Budain Limited trading as Bo Jones.

2. Orders

2.1. Every order that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The final details of your order will be set out on the "Check Out" page prior to proceeding to the "Payments" pages. After the authorisation of your debit card or credit card, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order detailing the products you have ordered together with an order number. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Bo Jones. We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or refuse access to the website. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if there are any errors with your order.

2.2.  The website and products are of an adult nature. All customers must be at least 18 years old. Purchasing from Bo Jones is acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old.

3. Product Guarantee

3.1. Bo Jones provides a 1 year guarantee against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship of all products. The guarantee starts from the date the product was purchased. In the event of a defect arising during the guarantee period, please contact Bo Jones using ther Contact Us page,  by email at hello@bjones.com or by telephone 01908 632 327.
3.2. Bo Jones will repair your product, or replace it with a similar product, free of charge. When making a claim, you will need to provide your original dated receipt.
3.3. This guarantee does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water or normal wear and tear.

4. Price

4.1. The price that you pay for the product will be the price that is displayed on the website at the "Check Out" stage. All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) where applicable, but exclude any delivery charges.
4.2. All purchases are usually invoiced at an amount inclusive of VAT at 20%. Goods shipped outside of the United Kingdom and European Union may be eligible for a VAT refund. Bo Jones will automatically exclude any VAT charges, when permitted by law, based on the country to which the product is to be delivered.
4.3. Any discounts we offer are time limited and are dependent on product availability. Accordingly, the price of such products may change from time to time.
4.4. We will take payment from your debit or credit card after you confirm the "Check Out" stage of the order. If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail to offer you either a full refund or a substitute product. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of our first attempt to contact you, we will refund the total amount we deducted from your debit or credit card.
4.5. We will endeavor to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However, pricing errors may occur. If an error is found in the price of the product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. If a product′s correct price is lower than the price stated on our website, we will charge the lower amount to your debit or credit card and send the product to you. If a product′s correct price is higher than our stated price, then we will give you the option of either continuing with your purchase at the correct price or canceling the order affected by the error. We will deem the order cancelled if we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of our first attempt to contact you. In such a case, we will refund the total amount we deducted from your debit or credit card.
4.6. For deliveries outside of the UK and the European Union, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account. Bo Jones cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above mentioned charges.

5. Delivery

5.1. Bo Jones will attempt to deliver the goods to the place designated by you in the accepted order, during normal business hours. Bo Jones employs third party courier companies to make deliveries.
5.2. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, any delivery date or time specified by us in any quotation, despatch note or otherwise, is a best estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage sustained by you if we fail to meet that timescale because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.3. Where applicable,  a delivery charge will be added to your order prior to acceptance, and will be paid by you.

6. Risk And Title

6.1. Ownership of the goods and the risk of damage to the goods will pass to you upon delivery.

7. Damage Or Loss In Transit

7.1. We shall repair or replace, free of charge, any Goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by our carrier, provided that you give us written notification of such damage or loss within 7 days of the date of receiving the Goods (so that we may comply with our carrier′s conditions of carriage).

8. Your Right of Cancellation

8.1. Under the United Kingdom′s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of any of the goods within 7 working days of delivery. We are happy to extend this 14 working days. A working day is any day other than weekend and bank or other public holidays.
8.2. We are obliged to exchange the goods (unless excluded for hygiene reasons) or provide you with a full refund provided that, where delivery has taken place, you have returned the Goods to us in the same condition that they were delivered.
8.3. If you choose to exercise your right of cancellation after the Goods have been delivered to you, wherever possible, you should package the unused goods securely in the original packaging and return them to: Budain Limited, PO Box 228, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0WW, within 14 days of reciept.
8.4. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the items to you in error or the Goods are faulty.
8.5. If you do not return the Goods as required by this contract, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

9. Limitation Of Liability

9.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any damages arising from or relating to any product purchased from Bo Jones or the use of or inability to use any such product including, but not limited to any loss of use, lost profits, loss or damage to goodwill or business nor for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages.
9.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss or damage shall, in any event, be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This Contract is governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or under it.
10.2. No waiver by us of any breach of the Contract by you, is considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

11. Amendments

11.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms of sale in force at the time you place your order with us.

Trademarks and Copyright

All domains and copyright in the web site are owned by Budain Limited.  The domains, logos and the contents of all the sites are protected by copyright and trademark legislation. You may not use this property to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales without the express permission of Budain Limited.  You may not mirror the Bo Jones pages or search results pages on your web site.
